All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. In the event that this Sweepstakes is challenged by any legal or regulatory authority, Sponsor reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Sweepstakes or to disqualify entrants residing in the affected geographic areas. In such event, Sponsor shall have no liability to any entrants who are disqualified due to such an action. This Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with New York law, and the venue for all controversies will be exclusively in state or federal court in New York, New York. WINNER SELECTION: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, on or about January 14, 2010. Random drawing will be conducted by Ventura Associates, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): One (1) Grand Prize: A 3-day/2-night’s trip for winner and one (1) eligible guest to see Celtic Woman (“Event”) in Boston, MA (ARV: $3,000.00). Actual value of trip depends on location of winner and airfares at time of departure. If actual value is less than stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Prize consists of: round-trip coach airfare for Grand Prize Winner and a guest to/from a major commercial airport nearest to winner's primary residence or ground transportation if winner resides within 150 miles radius of Boston, MA (to be determined by Sponsor), two nights-double occupancy hotel accommodations at a hotel selected by Sponsor and two (2) tickets to attend Event. All meals, ground transportation (other than as noted), taxes, gratuities, incidentals, service charges, upgrades, or other expenses not specified herein are not included and are the winner’s sole responsibility. No substitution, transfer, assignment or cash equivalent of prize permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute prize or portion thereof with a prize of equal or greater value. Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest must travel on dates specified by Sponsor (tentatively scheduled for March 12, 2010 – March 14, 2010 but subject to change) or forfeit all rights to the trip. All prize details are at Sponsor‘s sole discretion. Grand Prize Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary including same departure and return dates. Grand Prize Winner and guest must comply with any security procedure or measures imposed by the Sponsor, and/or Event coordinator(s) and/or representatives who reserve the right in their sole discretion to suspend or cancel a winner’s participation and/or the participation of his/her guests due to non-compliance with any security procedure or inappropriate behavior or misconduct. If the Event is postponed, canceled, or has occurred, no compensation or substitution will be provided and the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the Grand Prize winner other than to supply the remaining portion of trip minus the unused portion of the prize. Should this be the case, trip must be taken within 12 months from the date of prize notification. If for any reason whatsoever, Grand Prize winner is unable to travel after all arrangements have been made and paid, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner. If a Grand Prize is forfeited prior to Sponsor finalizing and paying for travel, and there is sufficient time to notify an alternate winner, prize will be awarded in a separate random drawing from among all non-winning eligible entries. Grand Prize Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining the proper travel documentation (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to travel. The Grand Prize Winner’s guest must meet all eligibility requirements of this Sweepstakes, and must also execute and return a Travel Release of Liability and a Publicity Release prior to travel. NOTIFICATION/TERMS: The potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified by mail and/or email and will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and a Publicity Release within seven (7) days of date specified on notification, or an alternate winner will be selected.
